How it works
- Describe it. Tell us what is broken and which platform. No passwords or customer records.
- We check fit. We read your enquiry against the outcome's eligibility and stop conditions, and say plainly if it is not a fit.
- Scope and price. We confirm the scope, the test that defines done and the price before any work starts.
- Safe access. Only after agreement do we arrange access to a staging copy or test mode, never your live payment keys.
- Work and checks. We do the work and show the before and after evidence the outcome promises.
- Sign-off, then payment. Fixed jobs are paid after you sign off that the agreed checks pass.
Honest limits
- This is a new service: there are no published client results, and prices are untested starting points.
- Nothing is ordered or charged by sending an enquiry, and there is no online checkout.
- We never take payment card details, and never need your live payment keys or customer data in the first enquiry.
- We work on a staging copy or in test mode; you make any change to your live store after your own check.
